MOSS Returns

Have a return? No problem!

As per ACCC guidelines; to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Alternatively if you are living in Perth Western Australia you can RETURN your item to our store at 185A Northstead St Scarborough 6019 

Returns can only be accepted if received at the following address. Do not send them to the manufacturer or designer as your return will not be processed. 

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards, Swimwear bottoms, Hair and Beauty Products, Hair Services.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

Please be patient, depending on you bank, deposits can take a few days. If you waited 3-4 days and still not received your refund please contact info@mossclothing.com.au

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Wholesale 

Wholesale orders cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Hairdressing Services

No refunds will be issued if you are simply not happy with your hair instead you will be offered a free re-do appointment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We track all shipping and you will be sent your tracking code once your item is shipped.
